Ugly Mug Coffee:Hardy Passion

Hardy Passion is a dark roast.   It is described as all dark and no bite.  It has a smokier flavor than the Making Waves, and I will admit that of the two, Making Waves is my preference.

But Hardy Passion is a fantastic bold roast that is especially suited to coffee drinkers that like Starbucks, without the burnt taste.  This is one that I would not normally drink black, whereas the Making Waves I did drink black. (Trying to cut calories..blah)

I have to tell you that these coffees are absolutely incredible.  The beans are dark and oily and plump.   This one is also organic Fair Trade.

Seriously, this is one coffee roaster I whole-heartedly recommend. Don’t forget to get a cup, the cup is awesome, seriously.
