What is cold brew coffee?
It is just coffee that you put in water and leave in the fridge overnight.  It makes a great concentrate to use in recipes, coffee drinks, or ice cubes.

Virtual Tea Rooms

 
Have you noticed how many virtual tea  rooms are popping up all over the internet?
They carry everything from teapots to scones, custom blended tea to tea cozies.  It seems odd to me in a way, and in another very exciting.
